Venice cruise: discover the art, the palaces, the canals

Even if you have visited it countless times before,Venicenever loses its ability to take your breath away. This is a city that once held power and influence over the whole Mediterranean, and it’s not hard to see why when embarking on a Venice cruise. With its stunning Renaissance palazzos and fairy-tale canals, it is truly unlike anywhere else in the world.

Explore everything that this spectacular city offers on a Venice cruise. Watch the sunset from the Rialto Bridge, take in the beauty of St Mark’s Square with its glittering Basilica and stop to snap a picture of the iconic Bridge of Sighs.

Don’t miss out on that essential experience: a ride though the beautiful Venice canals. Whether you drift though the city on a gondola or take a slow vaporetto (waterbus) ride down the Grand Canal, this is an experience that’s hard to beat.

And of course, no cruise to Venice is complete without visiting the place where Murano glass is made or stopping to marvel at Burano island’s picture-perfect coloured houses.

Discover the wonders of Venice with MSC Cruises.

Guests with an MSC Shore Excursion in Venice will be taken directly from the ship (docked at Marghera) to San Marco Square by boat enjoying an approximate 45-minute ride along the Venice canal. The on board MSC Excursions team will take care of every detail.
