We have updated our compensation policy that will be valid for ALL cancelled sailings from March 10 through to July 31.
125% Future Cruise Credit
All guests impacted by cancelled sailings, due to the temporary suspension of our cruises fleet-wide, will be offered a Future Cruise Credit for 125% of the original cruise fare paid. For guests who have partially paid, they will receive a Future Cruise Credit for 100% of the money paid, plus an additional 25% credit of the original gross cruise fare (port charges excluded), to be used in conjunction with the 100% Future Cruise Credit. The Future Cruise Credit can be used on any sailings departing on or before December 31, 2021. For your clients who do not use the 125% Future Cruise Credit by December 31, 2021, we will provide a full refund of the original cruise fare paid.
All Future Cruise Credits have been issued and sent out to respective travel agents and guests for sailings up to 31 July 2020. If you booked directly with us and have not received the Future Cruise Credit, please call us AU: 1300 028 502 or NZ: 0508 4278 473. If you booked through your travel agent, please contact them and they will be able to assist with the procedure.
